PayeeDiff Privacy Policy

Last updated and effective: July 29, 2026

MAKE A CHANGE Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy for the PayeeDiff iOS app (the “App”).

1. Role of the App

The App is an aid that compares the text of U.S. ACH routing and account numbers shown on an invoice with a vendor baseline that you registered on your device. The App does not guarantee the legitimacy of a vendor, account holder, invoice, or payment. Before paying, confirm with the vendor through a known contact method.

2. Information processed on the device

The App processes on your device a vendor display name, routing number, account number, the last four digits of each number for display, the optional last four digits of a known contact number, captured invoice images, and on-device text recognition results.

Vendor baselines are managed in protected storage on the device. Captured images and text-recognition candidates are handled on the device for comparison and are designed not to be retained after processing. The App has no feature that sends bank information, captured images, or text-recognition results to our application servers.

3. Camera and device authentication

The App requests camera access to capture an invoice and compare it on the device. It also uses Face ID or your device passcode to unlock protected local storage and authorize sensitive operations. The App does not obtain or store the biometric information itself.

4. In-App Purchase and third-party services

The App uses Apple StoreKit and RevenueCat to offer a one-time In-App Purchase that removes the registration limit and to restore purchase status. These services may process technical information necessary for purchase processing, purchase-status verification, restoration, and service operation. RevenueCat processes Purchase History to provide purchasing, restoration, and entitlement functionality (App Functionality), and to analyze purchase-service usage and operational quality (Analytics).

The App is not configured to send your name, email address, bank-account information, invoice images, or text-recognition results to RevenueCat. Apple and RevenueCat handle information under their respective terms and privacy policies.

5. Advertising and tracking

The App does not show third-party advertising and does not use information to track you across apps or websites.

6. Retention and deletion

Vendor baselines on the device are retained until you delete them individually or use the in-app function to erase the local vault. Apple and RevenueCat may retain purchase records for purchase restoration, transaction records, legal compliance, and other purposes under their respective policies.

7. Accounts

The App has no feature for creating or signing in to an account with us.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards for information on the device, including encryption, Keychain, and access control through Face ID or the device passcode.
